Some weeks call for a dark room, loud playlist and 45 minutes on the bike. Others need heated strength, a slower yoga flow or time spent opening tight hips after too many hours at a desk.
XYZ brings all of it into one boutique fitness studio in Central Hong Kong.
Privilee Members receive one complimentary class per week, with access to every class type. Indoor cycling, heated strength, sculpt, yoga, mindfulness and mobility are all included, subject to availability.
Want to return that week? Additional classes can be booked through MoveMore for HK$260 in your Privilee app.

Three studios, different ways to train
XYZ is on the 12th floor of China Building at 29 Queen’s Road Central, placing it close to the working day without feeling like part of it.
Inside, three dedicated studios create three distinct experiences.
The Cave is XYZ’s theatrical indoor cycling room, where low lighting, big playlists and instructor-led rides take over. Mycelium is home to heated strength, sculpt and mobility classes under infrared panels. Cocoon offers mat-based yoga, mindfulness and sound healing in a softer setting.
The wider space follows the same dark, design-led direction. Grey tones, concrete finishes and an industrial edge give the studio a moodier feel than the usual bright fitness space.
Changing facilities include lockers, showers, towels, amenities and hairdryers. Coffee is also available on-site, giving you one more reason not to rush straight back out after class.
Indoor cycling in the Cave
XYZ has been part of Hong Kong’s indoor cycling scene since 2013, and the Cave remains one of the studio’s defining spaces.
The room is designed to shut out the rest of the city. Lights change with the music, playlists follow the shape of the ride, and instructors guide the room through climbs, sprints and controlled recovery.
There are three main formats to choose from.
Strength is a resistance-focused ride built around heavy climbs and endurance blocks. Choose it when you want to challenge your legs and build cardio fitness through slower, more controlled effort.
Speed moves faster, combining sprints, climbs and high-energy intervals. It is the class to book when you want a strong cardio session and a playlist that keeps the pace high.
Warrior adds 15 minutes to the ride, giving you more time for sustained effort. It suits experienced riders and anyone ready to test their endurance in a longer session.
Every ride is open to different levels. The instructor provides options for resistance and pace, so you stay in control of the effort throughout.
Cycling shoes and a sweat towel are provided. Arrive 15 minutes early for your first class so the team can adjust your bike and take you through the set-up before the doors close.

Heated strength that goes beyond the basics
XYZ’s strength classes take place beneath infrared panels in Mycelium.
You can position yourself directly under the heat for a warmer session or choose a cooler part of the room. Either way, the training remains the focus.
Here’s a taste of what to expect…
Build covers the foundations through dumbbells, bodyweight exercises and structured strength blocks. Build & Box adds beat-led air boxing, bringing more cardio and coordination into the workout.
Booty & Abs targets the glutes and core using ankle weights, bands, steps and dumbbells. Bootcamp combines continuous movement and time under tension, while MaxOut uses formats such as AMRAPs, EMOMs, burnouts and drop sets to push muscular endurance.
The range gives strength training a few different directions. You can concentrate on lifting and technique, add more cardio or choose a class built around a harder full-body effort.

Sculpt, Pilates and barre under the heat
The heated class line-up also extends into sculpt, Pilates-inspired movement and barre.
Sculpt & Tone combines slow, controlled exercises with bands, yoga balls and blocks. The focus stays on balance, body control and full-body strength.
Sculpt & Strength adds dumbbells and ankle weights for greater resistance. Barre brings together ballet and Pilates-inspired movement, while Pilates x Core centres on deep core activation and stability.
For something more advanced, UltraCore draws on gymnastics training and conditioning. Burn takes a faster route through cardio, isometric holds and explosive sequences.
These classes work well when you want the structure and energy of a group session without repeating the same training style every week.
Yoga and mindfulness in Cocoon
Cocoon takes the pace down with yoga, mindfulness and sound healing.
Flow connects movement with breath through Vinyasa-based sequences, while Deep House Flow sets a more dynamic practice to electronic music. Slow Flow gives you more time over transitions and alignment.
Yin focuses on longer holds through the hips, hamstrings and back. De-Stress Yoga combines gentle stretching, breathwork and restorative poses, while Restore & Sound Healing finishes with crystal singing bowls.
Back Care brings attention to posture, spinal mobility and strength through the back and core. It is particularly relevant after long days spent sitting or when you want a more supportive session.
The yoga line-up gives you options for active movement and slower recovery. Choose based on what your body needs that week rather than committing to one style every time.

Mobility for the days in between
XYZ’s mobility and recovery classes make space for the work that supports the rest of your training.
Full Body Stretch uses guided movement and mindful breathing to release tight muscles. Happy Hips focuses on the hip flexors, glutes and inner thighs, while Flexibility combines longer holds with mobility drills to develop range of motion.
The Split Series works towards front and middle splits through active and passive stretches. Mobility takes a broader approach through joint work, controlled stretching and functional movement patterns.
Book one after a heavy training week, when desk tension starts to build or when another high-intensity workout is not what you need.
Who will love it here?
XYZ suits someone who likes changing their workout without changing studios.
You might want a hard cycling class before work, heated sculpt later in the week and mobility when your body needs more attention. Everything sits under one roof, with enough choice to make your complimentary weekly class feel different each time.
Beginners are welcome across the schedule. Instructors provide guidance and modifications, while the mix of class styles gives you room to find what works for you.
It also makes sense for experienced class-goers who want somewhere with a strong atmosphere and more than one discipline to explore.
