The Ice Bath Club Hong Kong brings ice baths, saunas and hot magnesium baths together in a recovery club with a cool, social feel.
Come after training, drop in once the working day is done or make it part of a slower weekend. There is no need to book ahead, and the experience can be as social or as quiet as you want it to be.
Privilee Members receive two complimentary recovery sessions per month across The Ice Bath Club’s Central and Kennedy Town locations. Use both at your preferred club or visit each location once – the choice is yours.
Two clubs, two ways to reset
Both Hong Kong clubs offer the same core recovery experience, but each fits naturally into a different kind of day.
The Central club is on Stanley Street, placing ice baths, heat and recovery within reach of the working day. Kennedy Town sits on Belcher’s Street, giving Members another option further west on Hong Kong Island.
Both locations are open seven days a week, with no advance booking needed. Choose the one that works for your location, plans or training schedule that month.

The Ice Bath Club Central
Central is well placed for recovery around work.
Head over during a quieter part of the day, stop by after your final meeting or add a session after training nearby. The Stanley Street address means you can step away from your usual routine without travelling across Hong Kong to do it.
A visit does not need to take over your evening. Move between the ice bath, sauna and hot bath, get changed and head back out when you are ready.
It also gives recovery a place in weeks when waiting for the weekend is not going to work. A post-work session can create a clear break between the office and the rest of your evening, while the communal setting keeps the experience relaxed.

The Ice Bath Club Kennedy Town
The Kennedy Town club brings the same mix of cold, heat and connection to Belcher’s Street.
It works well after a gym session, as part of a weekend plan or when you want to give recovery more space in your day. If Kennedy Town is already part of your routine, the club makes regular recovery easier to work in without adding a trip across the city.
The social feel is part of the appeal. You can come with a friend, meet people around the communal spaces or focus on your own reset.
Both locations give you the freedom to use the experience in your own way. Central might suit a post-work visit one month, while Kennedy Town fits a weekend recovery session the next.

What to expect from a session
The experience centres on three elements: communal ice baths, social saunas and hot magnesium baths.
You decide how to move between them. Some people begin with the cold, warm up in the sauna and return for another plunge. Others take more time in the hot bath or keep their first visit shorter while they get used to the temperature changes.
There is no fixed route to follow. Give yourself time to settle in, see how you feel and ask the team for guidance if it is your first session.
Communal ice baths
The Ice Bath Club’s cold plunge pools range from approximately 3–10°C.
Cold-water immersion feels intense, particularly during the first few moments. Focus on steady breathing, stay aware of how your body responds and step out when you have had enough.
The communal format gives the experience a more relaxed feel than facing the cold alone. Conversation can provide a useful distraction, but there is no pressure to be social if you would rather concentrate on your breathing.
Book a session after a demanding training week, when you want to feel refreshed or when your usual recovery routine needs a change.
Social saunas
The saunas reach approximately 85°C, giving you somewhere to warm up between cold plunges or spend more time switching off.
The shared set-up is central to The Ice Bath Club experience. You might talk through the cold plunge with someone beside you, catch up with a friend or take a quiet moment before returning to the ice.
Moving between cold and heat is part of the appeal, but you remain in control of the pace. There is no need to turn your visit into an endurance challenge.

Hot magnesium baths
The hot magnesium baths offer a slower side to the session.
Sink into the warmth after the ice bath, use them between rounds or make the hot bath a larger part of your visit. They are a good option when another intense experience is not what you need.
Together, the three spaces give you different ways to approach recovery. Take the plunge, heat things up and leave time to switch off.

Recovery with a social side
The Ice Bath Club does not feel like a traditional spa or a clinical recovery centre.
The baths and saunas are communal, so people naturally cross paths throughout a session. The atmosphere leaves room for conversation without turning the visit into a networking event.
Come with someone and make the experience part of your plans, or visit alone and see who you meet. You can also keep to yourself and focus on the session.
This makes recovery feel less like another task to complete. It becomes somewhere you can return to after training, at the end of a long day or when you need a change of scene.
